Last updated: 14 January 2026 • Reference: PV-TOS-2026-V1

1. Introduction and Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Pierre Valorette ("Pierre Valorette", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, interacting with our software interface, connecting decentralized wallets, or utilizing any automated execution, analytical bot, or algorithmic signal service provided via pierre-valorette-platform.com (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, comprehended, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any provision set forth herein, you must immediately terminate access to and cease all use of the Platform and associated API endpoints.

2. Nature of Platform and Non-Advisory Status

Pierre Valorette provides technical infrastructure, software algorithms, market analysis models, and non-custodial automated execution routing. Pierre Valorette is a software and technology provider, not an investment adviser, portfolio manager, broker, or financial custodian.

All data, market metrics, historical indicators, and automated routing configurations accessible via the Platform are provided exclusively for informational, educational, and computational assistance. Nothing provided across the Platform constitutes financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. You acknowledge that any trading decision, order submission, or risk threshold configuration is performed solely at your own discretion and independent evaluation.

Regulatory Notice: Pierre Valorette does not solicit investments, accept deposits from retail depositors, or execute orders in a counterparty capacity. Users maintain total responsibility for complying with applicable financial regulations in their home jurisdiction prior to engaging with algorithmic tools.

3. Eligibility and Account Security

Access to the Platform is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. You expressly warrant that:

  • You are not a citizen or resident of any sanctioned territory or jurisdiction where the deployment of algorithmic trading software is restricted or unlawful;
  • You will safeguard your authentication credentials, multi-factor security mechanisms, and API keys with reasonable diligence;
  • You will notify us immediately upon detecting unauthorized account compromise or suspicious technical anomalies;
  • All information supplied during onboarding or account administration is accurate, complete, and updated promptly.

4. Platform Access and Algorithmic Execution

While Pierre Valorette strives to maintain high availability and real-time execution low latency, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, absence of software bugs, zero-slippage execution, or exact synchronization with third-party exchanges and blockchain networks. The Platform relies on third-party liquidity providers, distributed nodes, and public ledger networks whose performance remains outside our operational control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, update, or discontinue any feature, automated trading algorithm, indicator feed, or technical integration at our sole discretion, without liability, to maintain system security, comply with regulatory directives, or execute routine maintenance.

5. User Conduct and Restrictions

When accessing Pierre Valorette, you agree not to engage in any prohibited activity, including but not limited to:

  • Deploying manipulative trading strategies, spoofing, wash trading, or abusive latency arbitrage across connected market venues;
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract proprietary code from platform algorithms;
  • Circumventing platform access limitations, rate limits, geoblocking measures, or automated protocol safeguards;
  • Using automated scraping, indexing, or crawler tools to capture proprietary market signals or system databases without express written authorization.

6. Assumption of Risk and Financial Volatility

Trading digital assets, foreign exchange, contracts for difference, and equity derivatives carries substantial inherent volatility and high risk of capital loss. Automated execution algorithms may execute multiple transactions rapidly under adverse market conditions, leading to rapid drawdowns.

You explicitly acknowledge that past algorithmic simulations, backtested models, or historical performance metrics do not constitute any representation or guarantee of future returns. You operate the software at your sole financial peril.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All software architectures, visual designs, brand assets, source codes, algorithmic models, documentation, and user interfaces are the exclusive proprietary property of Pierre Valorette and protected under applicable intellectual property and copyright treaties. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for your personal, internal operational purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, Pierre Valorette, its directors, employees, and software architects shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, or special damages, including lost profits, loss of data, slippage loss, liquidations, or exchange insolvencies resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pierre Valorette and its affiliates from any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, non-compliance with applicable law, or use of platform tools.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory statutory provisions applicable to consumer claimants.

10. Modifications and Contact

We may amend these Terms periodically to reflect evolving legal frameworks, technological enhancements, or product changes. Continued interaction with the Platform following the publication of revised terms constitutes binding acceptance. For legal inquiries or notice delivery, contact our legal desk at [email protected].
